FAMILIES: If you have a child/ children wanting costumes, fill out a Needs Form. in the Additional Items: Give us their costume request. Sign-Up before October 10th.

And would like to grant a specific Halloween Costume(s) for a specific child/children’s wishes below. SignUP before October 10th.
All granted costumes will have a strike through them. Please check back to see if we have more costumes later.

In the Form’s Comment Section, please give us the child’s family’s #, the Age, Size, and Costume of each child in the family.
We ask that you not to purchase costumes until we email you back
♦We ask when you go to drop off the donations, for you to please label your costume with the Family #, Age & Size of child. This way we know which family’s child will be getting the costume/costumes you have donated for the children we serve in NEFL.
